I’m an Industrial design, marketing specialist and entrepreneur. I was born and raised in Israel, and I now live in Amsterdam with my wife, son, dog and two cats. 

 

Craft and DIY has been a key part of my life from an early age. From larp weapons and costumes in my teens, to DIY speakers in my early 20's, I always preferred to make rather than buy things. These hobbies later led me to my B.A in industrial design, and kick-started my career.

 

My first design position was for a young Israeli loudspeaker company called PureAudioProject, a company I later became a partner of, and still hold a position in to this day.

 

Over the years, I've held several leadership positions in design, operations and marketing roles. 

My varied background gives me great understanding of customer needs, product

development, market strategy, UX and UI.

 

In my view, the work of an industrial designer is to first understand the needs, constraints and limitations of a product, and then render a design through them. For a product to work, we must listen to its future customers, understand how it will be made, and create it with commercial success in mind.
